About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Financial Services Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the financial services sector, including banking, wealth management, insurance, and fintech. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial services industry.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as analysts, compliance officers, financial advisors, and senior executives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes within financial services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for placements and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and CRM systems.
