Job Description:

The Enterprise Solutions Product Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative technology solutions for business, government, and enterprise customers across the CIIM region. This role goes beyond managing a product catalogue it focuses on creating integrated, outcome-driven solutions that combine connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre, collaboration, and emerging AI capabilities.

Working closely with Enterprise Sales, Professional Services, CTIO, Marketing, Finance, and our technical partners, you will shape Sures enterprise value proposition, build commercially compelling offers, and ensure solutions are delivered with excellence from concept through to in-life management.

This role is central to helping the client grow in strategic segments by delivering modern ICT solutions that solve real customer problems, support digital transformation, and reinforce the client as a trusted local partner.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Strategy & Development

  • Develop and own the roadmap for Sures enterprise solutions portfolio, focusing on cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, collaboration, managed services, data centre hosting, and AI-enabled services.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into commercially viable solution designs.
  • Build compelling business cases and commercial models for new products and enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data sovereignty needs across CIIM.

Market Insight & Proposition Design

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging technologies.
  • Shape propositions for SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and government sectors.
  • Work with Marketing to create differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Lifecycle Ownership & Performance Management

  • Manage solutions end-to-end: concept, design, rollout, commercialisation, in-life performance, and retirement.
  • Oversee pricing, margin, product profitability, customer experience, adoption metrics, and product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance reporting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional squads with Enterprise Sales, CTIO/Engineering, Security, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions, smooth onboarding, clear customer journeys, and high-quality service wrap.
  • Act as the solution authority for pre-sales specialists, sales teams, and professional services.

Partner & Vendor Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key technology partners (cloud, security, data centre, networking, collaboration providers).
  • Evaluate partner offerings and negotiate commercial terms to enhance Sures enterprise portfolio.
  • Ensure vendor capabilities align to product strategy, roadmap, and customer expectations.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Engage directly with key enterprise customers to shape solutions and validate product direction.
  • Support enterprise bids, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops.
  • Act as an internal advocate for customer needs and market-driven innovation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Own product documentation, technical specifications, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to internal governance, regulatory frameworks, security standards, and data protection requirements.
  • Lead risk assessments and ensure product resilience, reliability, and continuity.

In addition, the person will be required to

  • Understand and comply with the licence and other regulatory rules applying to the position.
  • Understand and comply with the Data Protection Law as it relates to the position
  • Understand and comply with the Health and Safety responsibilities relevant to the role as defined in the our Safety Policy
  • Work in accordance with the safety procedures and safe working policies of the business.
  • Undertake appropriate security awareness training covering information security, data protection, financial crime and payment card data and comply with their information security responsibilities. This awareness training includes understanding of the incident reporting process to be followed in the event of the employee suspecting, causing, or discovering an information security incident.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years in product management, ICT solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise and B2B customers across sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful ICT or telecoms solutions.

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Ability to translate technology into customer value and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of modern ICT solutions, including:
    • Cloud (Azure, AWS, hybrid)
    • Cybersecurity services
    • Connectivity (leased lines, internet, SD-WAN)
    • Data centre services (hosting, sovereign cloud)
    • Unified Communications & collaboration (Teams, VoIP, SIP-based solutions)
    • AI-enabled services and automation

Product Management Competencies

  • Experience launching and managing digital or ICT products end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial acumen business cases, pricing, forecasting, and portfolio planning.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Skilled at customer journey design, problem solving, and solution development.
