Requirements
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles.
- Align technology strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop high-level solution architectures for complex programmes and projects.
- Ensure interoperability and integration across systems and platforms.
- Act as JTs trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate architectural concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Establish architecture governance processes and ensure adherence to standards.
- Assess risks and ensure compliance with security, data, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on enterprise customers.
- Drive adoption of best practices and modern architecture patterns (e.g., cloud-native, microservices).
Experience
- Extensive experience in cloud architecture and driving digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern application design
- Skilled in APIs, integration patterns, and middleware
- Solid understanding of data platforms, governance, security, and compliance
- Ability to translate business goals into clear technology strategies and roadmaps
- Experience delivering end-to-end solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure
- Confident in leading workshops and explaining complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in setting governance standards and ensuring compliance without slowing delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess new technologies and foster innovation
